Our passion for extrusion blow molding has been burning for over 60 years. Our creative team of product designers develop and optimize plastic packaging to make it more resource-efficient, production-friendly and cost-effective.
In addition to modern production facilities and our experienced tool designers, we have extrusion blow molding process technicians who put our molds into operation worldwide. This enables us to seamlessly close the loop between container development, toolmaking and series production.

Andreas Kolodziej: From tool mechanic to jack of all trades at fhw molds! 🚀
Sometimes a success story begins with a solid foundation: Andreas Kolodziej completed his training as a tool mechanic in 2002 - and since then, he has only been heading in one direction: steeply upwards! ⬆️
He joined fhw moulds in 2010, and it soon became clear that this was no ordinary toolmaker at work. First he took over the management of CAM programming, and just one year later he brought a breath of fresh air to our projects as a CAD/CAM designer.
But that was not enough for him!
Andreas threw himself into a training course for Pro Engineer WF4 and at the same time (!) completed further training to become a state-certified technician. In 2014, he went one better with a postgraduate course in business administration - because, why not? 💼
Andreas has been our Operations Manager and responsible for sales since 2018. Connected with customers worldwide, a valued expert in the industry and always ready to help - Andreas is the type of colleague you simply wouldn't want to miss.
And he's also an avowed S04 fan - even if we can hardly blame him for that. 🖤💛😉

Success story: Eyüp Toztürkan - The tool wizard
Once upon a time, there was a young man called Eyüp Toztürkan who began his journey as a tool mechanic three years ago. You could say he entered the world of screws and bolts like a superhero on his first mission - with a toolbox full of dreams and a dose of curiosity that was bigger than his textbook!
In spring 2024, the time had finally come: Eyüp had successfully completed his training! With a broad grin and his skilled worker's certificate in hand, he entered the world of tool mechanics, ready to conquer the machines and win the hearts of his colleagues.
Eyüp is not only a master of tools, but also a true friend. His reliability is legendary - you could almost say he's the only person who can swing a wrench with a smile! When it comes to taking on new challenges, Eyüp is always the first to raise his hand. “I can do it!” he exclaims, while at the same time demonstrating a new trick with a drill that will amaze even the most experienced mechanics.
But the best thing about Eyüp? He has a heart of gold and shares his knowledge with his younger colleagues as if he were the Yoda of tool mechanics. “This is the way!” he often says as he shows them how to set up a machine correctly or master a complicated process. His patience and friendliness make him a popular mentor.
Eyüp is proof that you can achieve anything with a positive attitude and a willingness to keep learning. Not only has he mastered his training, but he has also won the hearts of his colleagues. And as he continues to work on his tools with a smile, we all know: Eyüp Toztürkan is not just a tool mechanic - he's a real tool wizard!
